We collect only your mobile phone number when you sign up for Daily Mobility. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal information.
How We Use Your Information
Your mobile phone number is used solely to send you daily SMS messages containing mobility exercise reminders. We do not use your phone number for any other purpose.
SMS Messaging
By subscribing to Daily Mobility, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages. We send approximately one (1) message per day.

Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.
We use Twilio solely as a delivery platform to send SMS messages on our behalf. Twilio processes your phone number only as necessary to deliver messages.
Data Retention
We retain your phone number for as long as you remain subscribed to Daily Mobility. When you opt out by replying STOP, your phone number is removed from our subscriber list and will no longer receive messages.
Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. To opt out and delete your phone number from our records, reply STOP to any Daily Mobility message. You may also contact us directly to request data deletion.
