Service Description

Daily Mobility is an SMS subscription service that delivers daily mobility exercise reminders via text message. By signing up, you receive one targeted mobility exercise each day to help you maintain and improve your physical movement.

Eligibility

To subscribe to Daily Mobility, you must:

• Be a resident of the United States.
• Have a valid US mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

By signing up, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and signing up for Daily Mobility, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from us. We send approximately one (1) message per day.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel your subscription and stop receiving messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at hello@dailymobility.app.

No Guarantee of Service Availability

We strive to deliver your daily mobility reminder reliably; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Daily Mobility may be suspended, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or other third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Mobility and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, which in the case of a free service is zero dollars ($0).

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.

Privacy

Your use of Daily Mobility is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
